Shipping policy

 

General Shipping Information 

All orders placed before 3pm are shipped same day. All orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following business day. A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you for your order once it has left our warehouse. Please note delivery timeframes are estimates only provided by our shipping partner. 

Shipping is currently only available within Australia.

 

Standard Domestic Shipping (Australia) (usually 2-8 business days)

• All orders over $50 receive free standard shipping
  
• Arrives in 2-8 business days from your order dispatch date for most locations in Australia, or longer for rural areas and WA, NT, TAS.

 

Express Domestic Shipping (usually 1-4 business days)

• Optional express shipping is available at a flat rate of $10.95
• Arrives in 1-4 business days from your order dispatch date for most locations in Australia, or longer for rural areas and WA, NT, TAS.

 

*Please note that delivery timeframes are only estimates provided by our shipping provider. Occasionally delivery delays can happen occur. We do not take responsibility for items delayed by Australia Post.

 

Incorrect Addresses on orders

Please note it is your responsibility as the buyer, to ensure that the address provided at checkout in the 'Shipping Address' field is correct and accurate. It is not our responsibility to check validity of addresses. If you provide an incorrect or invalid address and your order is shipped to the wrong address, this is not our responsibility. If your order is returned to us, please note that we may charge you for additional shipping fees to re-send it to you.
