Refund policy

Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! We will happily provide a full refund on change of mind purchases (excluding shipping costs) for items returned within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item/s must be in original condition and packaging, unused and unopened
  • Sale/discounted items are not eligible for a refund
  • Refund amounts do not include shipping charges 


To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@lashpop.au with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Faulty / Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty/damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@lashpop.au so that we can make it right. 


Exchanges 

We do not facilitate exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
